Dogs have been an important part of my life since childhood, but it wasn't until 1990 that I got my first Airedale. Do you remember those V-8 commercials where a guy takes a sip, slaps his head, and exclaims 'I could have had a V-8?' That's the way I felt. All those years when I could have had an Airedale! First Henry and now Eli and Lola have been inspirations for much of my artwork, especially the quilt blocks I have enjoyed drawing the last few years. It is a privilege to be involved in creating these wonderful quilts and raising money to help Airedale in need.

Eli (Ch. Brisline's Slam Dunk) is seven years old. We have been taking agility class from Dianna Fielder (Kyna Airedales) and recently finished his Novice Agility Preferred title. I'm so proud of him.

Lola (Sterling Laughing Out Loud) has just started agility classes and we're having fun.

I love doing things with my Airedales, from going out to lunch at restaurants with outdoor tables where dogs are welcome to conformation, obedience, agility, and field work. There is nothing like working and playing together for developing the bond between us.
